Methods of Payment
- Make Payments by cash/check or Visa/ MasterCard payable to Legacy Gymnastics.
- Automatic payment. Your Credit Card on file or bank account will be debited on the 25th of each month
- MUST keep a Credit Card on file. If tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month, we will charge the card automatically.
Office Policies
ATTENDANCE/MAKE-UP CLASSES:
It is important to your child’s progress that he or she attends their regularly assigned class. Make-up tokens will be given for one absence per month. Make-up tokens must be requested in advance through the front office or parent portal only after the class has been missed. When requesting a make-up class, please select the same type of class that your child attends for approval from our customer relations department.
REFUNDS:
We have a strict no refund policy, all unresolved payments will be at the discretion of management.
UNENROLLMENT NOTICE
A 14-day enrollment notice is required in the event you leave our program.
